We do not offer products returns and exchanges on arastudio.in orders shipped domestic and internationally. We want you to love what you ordered, we strive to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please connect with us, using the form or email us at our official email address firstname.lastname@example.org. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has gotten damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, all our clutches are bubble wrapped to ensure that no pressure is applied on the product. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, clutch bags and potli bags once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
All Ara products are handcrafted at our studio. There may be minor variations from piece to piece as every piece is made by hand. Our products contain Fabrics and Leathers, which may have some natural irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges
Please make note of the following points for a hassle-free exchange process:
1. Kindly send the invoice copy along with the unused product.
2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount.
We do not offer product exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment.
So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duty/taxes arises on the return shipment.
